Factory & Manufacturing

Inside Our Golf Bag Factory

Every bag we ship is made in our own facility — we do not outsource to third-party workshops. That means we control the material, the stitch density, the hardware and the inspection standard on every single order. Below is a transparent look at where and how your bags are built.

Production Lines & Machinery

1. Design & Engineering

In-house pattern-making and CAD department. Every new style is digitized, graded and nested before a single metre of fabric is cut. Our engineers build 2D technical drawings and 3D renderings so you can approve construction and proportion before sampling.

2. CNC Fabric Cutting

Computer-controlled CNC cutting machines and auto-cutters deliver dimensional accuracy of ±1 mm across every panel. Pattern nesting software maximizes fabric yield, which is how we keep material cost and waste down without compromising on panel tolerance — critical for bags where a 2 mm drift ruins the top divider fit.

3. Computerized Embroidery

Multi-head computerized embroidery machines handle up to 15 colors per design, with 3D puff embroidery, chenille patches and multi-position placement. Designs are digitized in-house, so we can proof a logo stitch-out within hours rather than days. This is where most brand identity lives on a golf bag — we treat it accordingly.

4. Automated Sewing & Assembly

Automated sewing units for long straight runs (binding, piping, zip tape) combined with 120+ skilled machinists on heavy-duty walking-foot and post-bed machines for the complex curves, stress points and multi-layer seams. Bar-tack reinforcement at every load-bearing joint. Dedicated assembly cells per bag family keep operators specialized rather than generalist.

5. Hardware & Final Assembly

Rivet presses, snap setters, heat-seal and ultrasonic welding stations for waterproof seams and tonal logo application. Final assembly includes top frame fitting, leg mechanism calibration, harness mounting and hardware torque verification.

In-House QC Stress-Testing Lab

We do not rely on visual inspection alone. Our on-site lab runs destructive and cyclic testing on every production batch:

  • Zipper cycle test — repeated open/close cycles to verify pull strength, slider retention and tape integrity under load.
  • Handle & strap tensile test — pull testing of handles, shoulder straps and D-ring anchors well beyond rated working load to confirm stitch and webbing failure points.
  • Drop test — loaded bags dropped from height onto hard surface, checking base integrity, frame deformation and hardware retention.
  • Hydrostatic waterproof test — water-column pressure testing on waterproof fabrics and seam-sealed panels to confirm the stated waterproof rating holds after construction.
  • Plus: colorfastness to rubbing and light, seam strength, hardware salt-spray corrosion, and adhesion testing on laminated fabrics.

Every test is logged against the production batch number, so if a question ever arises months later we can trace the exact roll of fabric and the operator shift.

Quality Management — ISO 9001:2015

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. In practice this means documented incoming material inspection, defined in-process checkpoints at 30% and 70% completion, a final random inspection to AQL 2.5 (Major) / AQL 4.0 (Minor), corrective-action tracking on any defect trend, and full traceability from fabric lot to finished carton. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, Intertek or your own QC team is always welcome.

Visit Us — In Person or Virtually

We encourage every serious buyer to see the factory. Seeing the floor is the fastest way to understand what a supplier actually is.

  • Factory visit: we will arrange airport pickup, a full floor walk-through (cutting → embroidery → sewing → assembly → QC lab → packing), and a technical meeting on your project. We can usually accommodate visits within a few days’ notice.
  • Virtual inspection: for buyers who cannot travel, we host live video factory tours on WhatsApp / Zoom / WeChat. You direct the camera — ask to see any line, any machine, any batch. We can also record a walkthrough video with commentary for your internal approval file.
  • Third-party audits: we welcome social compliance, technical and quality audits from your nominated agency.
