Customization Scope
1. Materials
- Shell fabrics: 600D / 900D / 1200D polyester and nylon, ripstop, jacquard, melange, ballistic nylon, 1680D ballistic weave.
- Premium options: PU-coated oxford, Tarpaulin, Cordura®-style abrasion-resistant fabric, recycled rPET fabrics (GRS-certified supply chain available), microfiber leather and full-grain leather panels.
- Linings: 210D polyester, taffeta, fleece-lined valuables pockets, thermal foil-lined cooler compartments.
- Waterproofing: PU backing, PVC lamination, seam-sealed construction, waterproof zippers (with or without storm flap).
- Padding: EVA foam of custom density and thickness, PE board reinforcement, moulded thermoformed panels.
- Weights and hand-feel are tuned per market: lightweight carry models from 1.9 kg, staff bags up to heavy-duty 6 kg.
2. Logo & Branding Techniques
- Computerized multi-head embroidery (up to 15 colors, 3D puff embroidery, chenille patches).
- Screen printing (water-based, plastisol, puff, metallic, reflective inks).
- Heat transfer and sublimation printing for full-color photographic graphics.
- High-frequency / ultrasonic welding and embossing for tonal 3D logos.
- Rubberized, silicone and moulded PVC badges; metal badges in brass, zinc alloy and stainless steel.
- Laser engraving on hardware, leather and metal plates.
- Woven labels, satin labels, hangtags, barcodes, QR codes, care labels and retail-ready polybag packaging.
3. Hardware
- Zippers: YKK®, SBS or equivalent — nylon coil, molded plastic, metal; reverse-coil and waterproof options.
- Zipper pulls, D-rings, swivel snaps, side-release buckles, G-hooks, strap adjusters, cord locks and mesh pockets.
- Hardware finishes: matte black, gunmetal, antique brass, brushed nickel, chrome, powder-coated custom Pantone colors.
- Legs and stands: fiberglass or aluminum leg sets, spring-loaded mechanisms, anti-splay brackets.
- Wheels, trolley handles, telescoping handles, base molds and skid plates for cart and travel bags.
- Custom metal or embroidered nameplates, ball markers, towel clips, umbrella loops and cooler pockets.
4. Structures & Configurations
- Cart bags, staff bags, tour bags, stand bags, carry bags, sunday bags, travel covers, travel bag with wheels, shoe bags, clothing / garment bags, practice (shag) bags, cooler bags and accessory pouches.
- Pocket layouts: 6 to 14 pockets, magnetic-closure rangefinder pocket, fleece-lined valuables pocket, insulated cooler pocket, umbrella sleeve, scorecard holder, pen slots, towel ring.
- Top configurations: 4, 5, 6, 14 or 15-way dividers; individual full-length dividers; integrated putter well; molded or fabric tops.
- Internal frame and base engineering: PE board spine, molded base, reinforced stress points, bar-tack stitching at all load-bearing joints.
- Ergonomic harness systems: dual-strap, single-strap, padded air-mesh back panels, adjustable sternum strap.
- Flat-pack or pre-assembled shipping configurations to optimize container utilization.

MOQ & Order Terms
- Standard MOQ: 100 pcs per color — per style, per colorway.
- Trial order: 50 pcs accepted for first-time buyers who want to validate quality before scaling. Slight unit-price premium applies on trial quantities.
- Mixed-color and mixed-style consolidation is available to help you reach container-optimal volumes.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit / 70% before shipment as standard; Net 30/60 available for established long-term accounts.
- Sampling fee refundable against bulk order. Tooling and mould costs quoted separately and one-time only.
